Crossing Paths, LLC - D/B/A Beltone Carolina was formed by Jason Orsik and Michael Andreozzi in August of 2007. Beltone Carolina hired Brad Jones as Director of Operations and began it's quest to begin opening stores in the Carolinas. Beltone Carolina's first location was Wilmington, NC, a store that was purchase from Kimberly King in October of 2007. Then in December of 2007 Beltone Carolina opened two additional locations in Rock Hill, SC and Jacksonville, NC. In January of 2008 Beltone Carolina acquired a practice in Aberdeen, NC. In February of 2008 Beltone Carolina acquired 5 locations in the Richmond Virginia area - it was at this time we setup another D/B/A called Beltone Virginia. As a TEAM we became know as Beltone Carolina Virginia. Then in January of 2009 Beltone Carolina Virginia acquired locations in Charlotte, Matthews, and Rockingham. The most recent acquisition was in July of 2011 when the Conover/Hickory, Morganton and Forest City, NC areas were purchased.
